Introduction

MTPROTO Proxy Hub ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our iPhone, iPad, and Android application ("App").

By using the MTPROTO Telegram Proxy app on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide and improve our MTPROTO proxy service on iPhone, iPad, and Android:

• Usage Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as app opens, feature usage, and general interaction patterns. This data does not personally identify you.
• Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display ads in the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) and usage data to serve relevant advertisements. On iOS we ask for consent via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt; on Android (and in the EEA / UK / Switzerland) we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form to comply with GDPR and ePrivacy requirements before any ad-related tracking occurs.
• Push Notifications (Android): On Android we use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver optional announcement notifications. The FCM token is stored by Google and is not linked to any personal identifier.
• Crash Reports: We may collect anonymous crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics to help identify and fix bugs on iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be transparent about what our MTPROTO Telegram Proxy app does not collect:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identification information.
• We do not collect your Telegram account information.
• We do not monitor, log, or record your internet traffic or browsing activity.
• We do not store any proxy connection logs.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

Consent on iOS — App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iPhone and iPad, our app requests your permission before any tracking or ad personalization occurs. When you first open the app on your iOS device, you will see an ATT prompt asking for your consent.

• If you Allow tracking, AdMob may use your data to show personalized ads.
• If you Deny tracking, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your activity.

No ad requests are made to any server before you respond to the ATT prompt.

Consent on Android — User Messaging Platform (UMP)

On Android devices located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to display a GDPR-compliant consent form on first launch.

• If you Accept, AdMob may use your Advertising ID to show personalized ads.
• If you Reject, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your activity.

Outside of those regions, standard advertising applies per local law. You can reset your consent choice at any time through the Android system settings for Ads.

Third-Party Services

Our MTPROTO Telegram Proxy app uses the following third-party services on iPhone, iPad, and Android, each with their own privacy policies:

Data Retention

Anonymous analytics data is retained by Firebase in accordance with Google's data retention policies. We do not independently store any user data on our servers.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. The MTProto protocol used by our app provides encrypted connections for Telegram. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

The MTPROTO Proxy Hub app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the MTPROTO Telegram Proxy app on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
