Introduction

MTPROTO Proxy Hub ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our iPhone and iOS application ("App").

By using the MTPROTO Telegram Proxy app on your iPhone or iOS device, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide and improve our MTPROTO proxy service on iPhone and iOS:

• Usage Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as app opens, feature usage, and general interaction patterns. This data does not personally identify you.
• Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display ads in the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant advertisements. You are asked for consent via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before any ad-related tracking occurs.
• Crash Reports: We may collect anonymous crash reports to help identify and fix bugs on iPhone and iOS devices.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be transparent about what our MTPROTO Telegram Proxy app does not collect:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identification information.
• We do not collect your Telegram account information.
• We do not monitor, log, or record your internet traffic or browsing activity.
• We do not store any proxy connection logs.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

Our MTPROTO Proxy app for iPhone requests your permission before any tracking or ad personalization occurs. When you first open the app on your iOS device, you will see an ATT prompt asking for your consent.

• If you Allow tracking, AdMob may use your data to show personalized ads.
• If you Deny tracking, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your activity.

No ad requests are made to any server before you respond to the ATT prompt. This is strictly enforced in our app.

Third-Party Services

Our MTPROTO Telegram Proxy app for iPhone uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Firebase Analytics — Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob — Privacy Policy

Data Retention

Anonymous analytics data is retained by Firebase in accordance with Google's data retention policies. We do not independently store any user data on our servers.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. The MTProto protocol used by our app provides encrypted connections for Telegram. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

The MTPROTO Proxy Hub app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the MTPROTO Telegram Proxy app on your iPhone after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
